George Woods Baker is the Chairman and CEO of Intrepidus. The Company
is comprised of two separate operating units. The Management unit provides
a variety of professional services to a select group of creative and
corporate clients. The broad based Media unit is focused on creating,
developing and producing enduring entertainment titles that leverage a
single concept source over a variety of complimentary platforms.

As a DP with over fifteen years experience in film and television,
Michael has made an artistic contribution to many award winning projects.
Among them are the independent features Two Family House,
Joe The King and Spanking the Monkey, all of which have been audience
award winners at the Sundance Film Festival. A Cable Ace Award winner
for best cinematography in a movie or miniseries for Café Society,
Michael is currently the Director of Photography for the CBS Television
Drama, The Education of Max Bickford.

Seth Anderson, Editor |
|
| |
Seth has served as Editor and Assistant Editor on several independent
features including last year's highly acclaimed Three Seasons,
which won both the Grand Jury and Audience Awards at the Sundance Film
Festival. His other credits include "Henry Fool" and The Book of Life
(both directed by Hal Hartley), Other features that Seth has edited
are Swimming on the Moon, Astronomy of Errors and Double Parked.
The latter, won the filmmakers breakthrough award at the 2000
Slamdance Film Festival.

| |
Craig, owner of Zen Music, is a composer and producer who has been
credited with introducing innovative use of sound design in advertising
he has produced many award winning tracks for commercials, garnered
Gold and Silver Lions at Cannes, Clios and Addys. David is a "Grammy"
nominated composer and songwriter. His songs have been recorded by
Dolly Parton, Dusty Springfield and "The Four Tops" as well as such
luminaries Whitney Houston "I believe in you and me" from the
"Preacher's Wife," and "Songbird" for Barbra Streisand. He composed
and produced the music for Eddie Murphy's first solo album and has
arranged songs for Bette Midler, Rod Stewart, Elton John, Johnny Cash,
Dr. John and many others. After collaborating on "Speed for Thespians,"
David and Craig composed and produced the music for The feature
"Double Parked" which won the Filmmaker break-through award at the
2000 Slamdance Film Festival.

Dave's credits include the features Gods And Monsters,
My Dog Skip, The Waterboy and the cable movies 2Gether
and Strange Justice. His mixing credits include the Disney
documentary, Hand Behind the Mouse. On the musical side, Dave
engineers and mixes local L.A. bands.

Dwayne and Chase's credits are extensive in the music video realm
working under the tutelage of Director Marcus Nispel. Over the years,
they have worked with everybody from George Michael to the Wu Tang Clan.
Chase, now married and known as Chase Johnston-Lynch has moved on to
1st AD several independent film productions and now is making his mark
in the UK as a short films Director.
